As always, we win one game against a very poor Swansea team and everything is fine again! What were we worrying about? Everything was under control and no need for us to panic!

Who are they trying to kid, certainly not us fans! There have clearly been underlying issues all season and we've now been given a bit of breathing space.

Nothing has changed apart from the fact we gained 3 priceless Points. The poor recruitment issues (bearing in mind BILIC has the final say), Team selection (Again, Bilic has the final say) Tactics (who keeps playing wingers and midfielders at RB. BILIC), formation and fitness issues still exist.

A Major clear out is needed during the summer starting with DGS and BILIC! Agree or disagree but the above are facts. How long have we all been screaming about us not having a decent RB because he refused to play BYRAM? Who pushed the board for Gorkan Tore and Feghouli (amongst other flops) .

NO Nothing is ok for sure, This morning DGS have given instructions for everything to remain ON ICE until such time they say otherwise, FORGET all these paper and media rubbish posts there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENING whatsoever, ALL contract talks are on ICE as are, agent and representative talks, the scouts are fulfilling previous arrangements BUT nothing NEW whatsoever, and it will remain so apparently UNTIL WH are mathematically safe THINK everyone has the picture, let's get the job done AND THEN and ONLY Then can anyone discuss the future IRONMIKE.

Phil you are what is wrong with our club, even when we win you're not happy! We are West Ham UNITED, and what makes us a great club is that win or lose we're behind the club, all you seem to do is speculate about unrealistic signings or complain about current players or mangers! And to call them 3 points priceless just proves how clueless you are!

The Express is reporting that Gold and Sullivan want to sell a stake in the club to an investor, but both still want to keep their seats on the board at the same time.
So they basically keep making the calls with someone else paying.

Which of course is exactly what Ironmike told us a few days ago.

Munday, everyone has a right to an opinion, I do not think Phil is anyway shape or form what is wrong with our club, I can't speak for Phil but get the impression he is so frustrated on how the club is being run, the DGS have led us up the garden path by promising major signings, and giving the impression we are about to jump up into the big time which everyone could see is claptrap, we get fed information by either tweets and public speaking by the board on who we are about to sign or after, they should stay in the background hire a Director of football and just get on with things without constantly being in the media spotlight.

There is nothing wrong in trying to up the profile of the club and try to move us forward, but IMO the way the DGS go about this is frankly embarrassing and there beginning to show they are completely out of their league in experience in the way to advance the club,

We all want the best for our club and the move away from Upton Pk has divided opinions amongst fans, but its happened we need to stick together and not implode like Arsenal fans and not turn against each other if someone has a different opinion than others,

{Ed001's Note - I would think every fan has a right to be concerned, considering all those good things were said about their time with Birmingham until the moment they sold up. Then it came to light that they had actually made a complete arse of things and nearly destroyed the club. Their 'success' has led to the club being stuck in the doldrums ever since, though much of it is, in a large way, the fault of the owner they sold to, it must be remembered that they chose to sell it to him, knowing full well their were numerous question marks hanging over his head.

If I were a fan of West Ham, I would not be praising a bunch of fame hungry porn barons who can't leave the running of the club to people who actually understand the sport.}

A lot of truth in that comment ed well said, as for West Ham what can we do but support and see what's around the corner,
One swallow doesn't a summer make and a poor season doesn't mean disaster, let's see this year out and then take stock .
COYI's!

I can understand some criticism. It's been a poor season. But let's not get over the top about things. If we're realistic the top 7 are better teams with better squads than us so we're looking at being the 8tb best in the league this year. From 9th downwards its going to be a matter of a few wins separating that down to say 15th. It's not a great season but I don't know what people expect. Last year we massively over achieved. People think that everything can be fixed by starting again all the time. Have a bit more patience. Fans are far too over demanding these days and live in a fantasy world thinkin it's like football manager.

Hi Ed you are bang on with what you're saying can you clarify if they turned down a 650 million bid from red bull if so they should stick to what they are good at they keep saying they want investors but I think they love attention and being top dog and they have no intention of letting anyone or anybody raining on their parade.

{Ed001's Note - I am not aware of Red Bull actually making any bids for any club. They explored the possibility, looked at a number of clubs which were potentially of use to them, enquired about the possibility of buying a couple and the kind of price point required to do so. So far they have not gone further, they are having a few problems within Germany with regards to RB Leipzig, which it was felt would be a bigger problem in the UK. They want a club they can take over and rebrand as a Red Bull team, which is the issue, very few clubs would even contemplate going down that road.}

Cheers Ed.

{Ed002's Note - Red Bull has been looking for an English team for a while (getting on for five years). They looked at Aston Villa (regardless of what Gerard Houllier said), Everton, Crystal Palace and at West Ham. They are looking for a club to add to their portfolio that can be invested in with a short-term target of getting in to the Champions League. They know that in a few years time there will be a breakaway pan European league and they want in. They have made little effort to hide this. Whilst I suspect that they would be open to a deal for West Ham, if understand that if Newcastle were to be available at the right price, it would be a very good option for Red Bull to consider seriously. The infrastructure and fan base are there - the investment to push on that extra bit might be worth a shot.}
