Hi Guys do you think that maybe DGS didn't want to spend big in this window because they want to see how results and performances go to the end of the season and then if not happy they won't give Bilic a new contract and give a new Manager a bigger budget?

100 % No, Billic obviously thought the team was good enough to last out the season. Instead of spending top dollar on 3rd 4th choice in January we can go for 1st and 2nd options when they're more likely to be available in the summer.

We're not buying anyone in the summer, the best thing you can do if you love West Ham is not renew your season ticket!

As I said in a previous post you would probably have to overpay for players in January, maybe his thinking is get through this season, start next with a stronger squad?
